Technical Project Manager
Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Richardson, TX)

Report to senior management.
Interface directly with customers to support their project needs.
Build relationships with existing customers and forge new ones with potential customers.
Build and maintain schedules from large in-house multi-discipline projects to individual sourcing activities.
Interface with both international and domestic suppliers to communicate requirements and resolve technical issues.
Build rapport with supply base to ensure customer deliverables are met or exceeded.
Create technical documentation and be able to present and support content to executives and technical staff.
Ability to travel internationally, if required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of strong experience working in a technical field related to electronics design.
Strong project management skills with a history of being able to manage multiple projects.
Strong client-facing aptitude for managing both internal and external requirements and expectations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Business analysis skills.
Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proven track record of approaching issues methodically and the ability to think laterally for a resolution.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and company.
Experience using relevant tools/equipment.
Office Suite/Google Workspace
3D Modeling Software (PTC Creo or similar)
Project Management Software (Smartsheets, MS Project, etc.)
