Quality Technician
Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Richardson, TX)

Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development during the manufacturing of products.
Performing problem identification, resolution, yield reporting, and continuous improvement.
Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and reports.
Provide reports to leadership under guidance of Quality Manager on quality issues, trends, and returns.
Conduct internal and external quality audits (product, process, system, or supplier).
QMS (Quality Management System) documentation administrator.
Perform various product inspection activities including receiving, in-process, final, and out of box inspection.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of quality assurance experience.
Ability to analyze data and great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong computer skills including statistical quality applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to organize data into inspection reports (PPAP, Long/Short Form FAI, Customer Documents).
Basic knowledge and use of standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers) to verify, product conformance to specifications.
Interpretation of drawings and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, certification processes, or measuring instruments.
Preference given to those with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 80079-34 (ATEX), or 21 CFR part 820 (FDA).
