ACD announces hire of Tommy Beauchamp as VP Operations
RICHARDSON, TEXAS — ACD, a world-class design and sourcing firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Tommy Beauchamp to the role of Vice President of Operations. Tommy will join ACD’s leadership team and oversee major accounts, manufacturing and production, quality assurance, organizational processes and other key projects. Tommy’s addition to ACD will provide the growing firm with a capable leader with experience in the engineering and manufacturing industries.
With more than a decade of leadership experience, Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ACD’s leadership team. Tommy also brings experience from the manufacturing industry, which aligns with ACD’s vision to offer an all-in-one design, sourcing and manufacturing experience for their partners.
Prior to assuming this role, Tommy served as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Special Projects at NCA, a contract manufacturer located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. During this time, Tommy oversaw the process engineering team and day-to-day operations at NCA’s Texas-based manufacturing facilities. He helped NCA achieve record financial results and drove innovation and the adoption of Lean Six Sigma-approved processes.

Tommy has additional experience with customer-facing leadership roles in the technology, marketing and consulting industries. Tommy founded and led The Next Level Company, a forward-thinking marketing agency serving several industries. He has also led his own consulting business, helping leaders grow their businesses and develop innovative processes. Tommy’s entrepreneurial spirit and experience fits in perfectly with ACD’s company culture and the partners we serve.
