Our Story
ACD came under the leadership of co-owner Mike Tieu and Chief Executive Officer Minh Nguyen in 2015, and that’s when everything changed.
Their goal was to create a truly global design firm that offered customers full manufacturing capabilities and had access to a wide network of sourcing partners.
The company headquarters was relocated from Austin to Garland, Texas, and that’s where our story really takes off. We established design presences in Florida and Vietnam and built relationships with manufacturers in Dallas, Atlanta and China to take our capabilities to the next level.
In 2022, we moved to the Richardson IQ district, an area dedicated to technology-first thought leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
